Refund and Cancellation Policy \/ \u0130ptal ve \u0130ade Ko\u015fullar\u0131<\/h1>\n

1. GENERAL SCOPE \/ GENEL KAPSAM<\/b><\/p>\n

EN:<\/b> All tour, accommodation, transfer, and organization services purchased through Sebena Travel (hereinafter referred to as the “Agency”) fall under the scope of “contracts regarding accommodation, transport of goods, car rental, food and beverage supply, and the provision of leisure services to be performed on a specific date or period” within the framework of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. Therefore, the standard “14-day unconditional right of withdrawal” in e-commerce does not apply to travel services. Cancellations and refunds are subject to the following conditions.<\/p>\n

TR:<\/b> Sebena Travel (bundan b\u00f6yle “Acente” olarak an\u0131lacakt\u0131r) \u00fczerinden sat\u0131n ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z t\u00fcm tur, konaklama, transfer ve organizasyon hizmetleri; 6502 say\u0131l\u0131 T\u00fcketicinin Korunmas\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda Kanun ve Mesafeli S\u00f6zle\u015fmeler Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, “belirli bir tarihte veya d\u00f6nemde yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken seyahat ve e\u011flence hizmetleri” kapsam\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirilmektedir. Bu nedenle standart e-ticaret al\u0131\u015fveri\u015flerindeki “14 g\u00fcnl\u00fck ko\u015fulsuz cayma hakk\u0131” seyahat hizmetlerinde ge\u00e7erli de\u011fildir. \u0130ptal ve iade i\u015flemleri a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki ko\u015fullara tabidir.<\/p>\n

2. CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER AND REFUND CONDITIONS \/ M\u00dc\u015eTER\u0130 (T\u00dcKET\u0130C\u0130) TARAFINDAN YAPILAN \u0130PTALLER VE \u0130ADE \u015eARTLARI<\/b><\/p>\n

EN:<\/b> If the consumer cancels the purchased service, the following deduction rates will apply depending on the time remaining until the start date of the tour\/service:<\/p>\n

    30 Days or More:<\/b> For cancellations made 30 days or more before the start of the service, the entire amount paid (excluding any flight ticket cancellation penalties, taxes, fees, and non-refundable amounts paid to third parties) will be refunded to the consumer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Between 15 and 29 Days:<\/b> For cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the start of the service, a 50% deduction will be made from the total service fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    14 Days or Less:<\/b> For cancellations made 14 days or less before the start of the service, or in case of a No-Show, no refund will be issued. The consumer agrees to pay the amount as compensation to the agency.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    TR:<\/b> T\u00fcketicinin sat\u0131n ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 hizmeti iptal etmesi durumunda, turun\/hizmetin ba\u015flama tarihine kalan s\u00fcreye g\u00f6re a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki kesinti oranlar\u0131 uygulan\u0131r:<\/p>\n

      30 G\u00fcn ve \u00d6ncesi:<\/b> Hizmetin ba\u015flamas\u0131na 30 g\u00fcn veya daha fazla s\u00fcre kala yap\u0131lan iptallerde, \u00f6denen tutar\u0131n tamam\u0131 (varsa iadesiz tedarik\u00e7i kesintileri hari\u00e7) t\u00fcketiciye iade edilir.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      15 – 29 G\u00fcn Aras\u0131:<\/b> Hizmetin ba\u015flamas\u0131na 15 ile 29 g\u00fcn kala yap\u0131lan iptallerde, toplam hizmet bedeli \u00fczerinden %50 oran\u0131nda kesinti yap\u0131larak kalan tutar iade edilir.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      14 G\u00fcn ve Daha Az:<\/b> Hizmetin ba\u015flamas\u0131na 14 g\u00fcn veya daha az s\u00fcre kala yap\u0131lan iptallerde veya hizmete mazeretsiz olarak kat\u0131l\u0131nmamas\u0131 (No-Show) durumunda hi\u00e7bir \u00fccret iadesi yap\u0131lmaz.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. CANCELLATION BY THE AGENCY \/ ACENTE TARAFINDAN YAPILAN \u0130PTALLER<\/b><\/p>\n

      EN:<\/b> The Agency may cancel or postpone the tour\/service due to failure to reach the required number of passengers, adverse weather conditions (e.g., cancellation of hot air balloon flights by civil aviation), road safety, strikes, terrorism, unforeseeable technical issues, etc. In this case, the entire amount paid by the consumer will be refunded without any deductions. The consumer has no right to claim any other compensation.<\/p>\n

      TR:<\/b> Acente, olumsuz hava ko\u015fullar\u0131, yol g\u00fcvenli\u011fi, sivil havac\u0131l\u0131k kararlar\u0131 veya \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclemez teknik hususlar gibi nedenlerle turu\/hizmeti iptal edebilir veya erteleyebilir. Bu durumda t\u00fcketicinin \u00f6dedi\u011fi \u00fccretin tamam\u0131, herhangi bir kesinti yap\u0131lmaks\u0131z\u0131n iade edilir. T\u00fcketicinin ba\u015fkaca bir tazminat hakk\u0131 do\u011fmaz.<\/p>\n

      4. FORCE MAJEURE \/ M\u00dcCB\u0130R SEBEPLER<\/b><\/p>\n

      EN:<\/b> If a severe illness or death of the consumer or their first-degree relatives occurring during the tour period is documented by an official medical board report from a full-fledged state hospital, the cancellation request is evaluated as force majeure. In this case, the remaining amount is refunded after deducting the non-refundable amounts (flight, hotel, etc.) paid by the Agency to third parties.<\/p>\n

      TR:<\/b> T\u00fcketicinin kendisinin veya birinci derece akrabalar\u0131n\u0131n a\u011f\u0131r hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 veya vefat\u0131 durumu resmi kurul raporu ile belgelendi\u011fi takdirde m\u00fccbir sebep olarak de\u011ferlendirilir. Bu durumda, acentenin 3. ki\u015filere \u00f6dedi\u011fi ve iadesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayan bedeller d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcld\u00fckten sonra kalan tutar iade edilir.<\/p>\n

      5. REFUND PROCESS \/ GER\u0130 \u00d6DEME (\u0130ADE) S\u00dcREC\u0130<\/b><\/p>\n

        Approved refunds will be processed by our accounting department within 14 business days from the receipt of the written cancellation request.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Refunds for payments made by credit card will be issued to the same credit card. The time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect on your credit card statement may vary between 3 to 14 business days, entirely depending on your bank’s processes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
