    TR:<\/strong> \u0130\u015fbu s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin konusu, Al\u0131c\u0131’n\u0131n Sat\u0131c\u0131’ya ait internet sitesinden elektronik ortamda sat\u0131n ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 seyahat\/tur\/konaklama hizmetinin sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve ifas\u0131 ile ilgili olarak 6502 say\u0131l\u0131 T\u00fcketicinin Korunmas\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda Kanun ve Mesafeli S\u00f6zle\u015fmeler Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi h\u00fck\u00fcmleri gere\u011fince taraflar\u0131n hak ve y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerinin saptanmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n \n

    TR:<\/strong> Sat\u0131n al\u0131nan hizmetin t\u00fcr\u00fc, tarihi, yolcu bilgileri ve t\u00fcm vergiler dahil toplam sat\u0131\u015f bedeli, \u00f6deme (checkout) sayfas\u0131nda sunuldu\u011fu ve Al\u0131c\u0131’ya g\u00f6nderilen rezervasyon onay e-postas\u0131nda belirtildi\u011fi gibidir.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n \n

    ARTICLE 4: EXCEPTION TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL \/ MADDE 4: CAYMA HAKKI \u0130ST\u0130SNASI<\/h3>\n

    EN:<\/strong> In accordance with Article 15\/1-g of the Distance Contracts Regulation, contracts regarding accommodation, transport of goods, car rental, food and beverage supply, and the provision of leisure services to be performed on a specific date or period are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Therefore, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the travel services purchased.<\/p>\n

    TR:<\/strong> Mesafeli S\u00f6zle\u015fmeler Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi’nin 15\/1-g maddesi uyar\u0131nca; “belirli bir tarihte veya d\u00f6nemde yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken konaklama, e\u015fya ta\u015f\u0131ma, araba kiralama, yiyecek-i\u00e7ecek tedariki ve e\u011flence veya dinlenme amac\u0131yla yap\u0131lan bo\u015f zaman\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesine ili\u015fkin s\u00f6zle\u015fmeler” cayma hakk\u0131n\u0131n istisnalar\u0131 aras\u0131ndad\u0131r.     6.3. For dispute resolutions, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the place where the Buyer or the Seller resides are authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.<\/p>\n

    TR:<\/strong> 6.1. Al\u0131c\u0131, sitemizde s\u00f6zle\u015fme konusu hizmetin temel nitelikleri, sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131 ve \u00f6deme \u015fekli ile ifaya ili\u015fkin \u00f6n bilgileri okuyup bilgi sahibi oldu\u011funu ve elektronik ortamda gerekli teyidi verdi\u011fini beyan eder.
    6.2. Rezervasyon esnas\u0131nda girilen isim, pasaport\/kimlik detaylar\u0131 ve ileti\u015fim bilgilerinin do\u011frulu\u011fundan tamamen Al\u0131c\u0131 sorumludur.
